Delivery & Returns Policy

DELIVERY

All cards are posted tracked delivery. You have the option to select, 48 tracked priced at £3.85, 24 tracked priced at £2.95 or Special Next day delivery Priced at £10.25. We have the right to change postage costs as per Royal Mail website prices.

Please allow 24 hours from when you place your order, for your card to be made, dry and time for it to be delivered.  Your tracking reference will be given to you on request.

  • 2nd Class Tracked - 5-7 Working Days (working days is Monday to Friday)

  • First Class Tracked - 3-5 Working days (working days is Monday to Friday

  • Express Delivery - 1- 2 Working days (delivery is Monday to Friday only) If you order on a Friday, delivery will be Monday of the next week.


Express delivery - your order goes to the top of the queue and is is sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is fully tracked and guaranteed to arrive the day after posting.  A signature may be required on delivery and your parcel cannot be left if you are not in.  If this is not shown as an option at checkout it will be that it is temporarily unavailable for a day or two.

If you would like a card sending by Royal Mail Special Delivery to guarantee next day delivery, please select this option during the checkout.  At busy times this option may not be available and this delivery option will not be an option offered at checkout.  

Please note Special Delivery option will be delivered Monday to Friday only. If you require a Saturday delivery, you will need to pay the Saturday delivery charge.

Delivery Times vary on the postage you select.

RETURNS

We are happy to accept returns If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days from date of receiving to receive a refund or exchange provided it is in as new condition and in its original box and packaging. Please use a tracking postal service when returning eg Tracked 24 or Tracked 48.

Any refunds will be processed by the same payment method as on the original order.

Availability of goods
All products are handmade and subject to availability, orders placed on items that have to be made up may take longer to be dispatched.

Damaged in transit
Should there be any damage to the delivered goods, details must be noted on any delivery documentation that may come with your order, it will be your responsibility to inform us within 24 hours.

Incorrect goods
It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 2 days of delivery. If the items are not what you ordered, please email us and we will rectify or refund your item.

Delivery delays
We shall not be responsible where any failure or delay in delivery is due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to Acts of God, fires, strikes, and failure of suppliers or distribution partners. In the event of such delay, our obligations under the contract will be suspended for the period of the delay.

Cancellation of orders
Should you for any reason need to cancel your order prior to its dispatch, please contact us at [email protected] stating your name and order number.

Please note: If your order has been prepared for packaging, cancellations can only be accepted for orders where no personalisation has been requested.
